Thaddeus is a business advisor and chartered chemical engineer who is passionate about sustainability. Currently he works Senior Environmental Manager Europe & Asia at Bodycote, where leads initiatives to improve the operations sustainability.  Prior to that he has operations sustainability experience as Global Senior Manager Sustainability at Philips and manufacturing leadership experience in roles such as Engineering Manager Projects at Croda and Cargill.  In addition to his role at Bodycote, he serves on Board of Trustees of World Energy Council and on the Supervisory Boards of World Vision Netherlands & Triodos Investment Management.
