About 2100

2100 is a movement of current executives and future leaders accelerating the transition to an Impact Economy: an economy where business, innovation, and entrepreneurship create lasting value for people, society, and the planet.

As a member of 2100, you will:

• Join a powerful international network of senior executives and emerging leaders working together to drive systemic change.
• Collaborate on impact-driven tools, initiatives, and policy proposals that put societal value at the heart of decision-making.
• Develop your own impact leadership journey through masterclasses, roundtables, coaching, and partner programmes focused on impact, governance, and leadership.
• Gain the knowledge, network, and experience to accelerate your path toward board and supervisory positions.

2100 is more than a programme: it is a long-term movement. Together, we are working to make impact the guiding principle of decision-making in business, government, and society for generations to come.

You’re expected to join the following events and activities in the first two years:

• 2 days Fall School
• 2 Masterclasses per year (4 in total)
• 1 Round Table per year (2 in total)
• Access to Nationale Conferentie Brede Welvaart
• Opportunities to join specific campaigns & working group initiatives

After the first two years, you are welcome to keep joining many network activities.

FAQ:

1. What is 2100, and who is it for? 2100 is a movement of young professionals and impact-driven execs working to make business and the economy more about societal well-being with an eye all the way to the year 2100. Purpose-driven and proactive? You’ll fit right in.

2. How do I apply, and what’s the timeline? Fill in the application form before 4 September 2026, do an interview on 25 or 26 September, and if you’re in, you kick off at the Impact Fall School on 27-28 November 2026.

3. I haven’t graduated from university yet, can I apply? Yes, go for it. There’s no degree requirement. If you’re excited about it, apply, even if you don’t tick every box.

4. I’m not sure I can spare enough time — what’s the actual commitment? About 8 hours a month for two years: two 2-day Fall Schools, two masterclasses a year, and one round table a year. Campaigns and working groups are there if you want them.

5. Dutch isn’t my mother tongue, is that a problem? No need to be a native speaker, but you should be able to follow along comfortably.

6. I don’t know yet if I want to become a supervisory board member, is that a problem? Not at all. Plenty of members end up there, but 2100 is really about growing as a leader.
