We’re thrilled to invite you to join the 2100 Movement! 2100 is an intergenerational movement of young leaders and impact-driven executives that transform decision-making in business and policies away from short-term financial value creation towards well-being (social, human and natural value) for generations now and in 2100. 2100 is a long-term movement to which members commit their career to, working together for the coming 76 years to realize this goal.
Together, we aim to create an impact economy in which we redefine value and success: from short-term financial gain to long-term societal impact! It’s an economy in which impact is a top priority to every boardroom decision and every enterprise is an impact enterprise! As a member of 2100, you will collaborate with the movement to transform policy, governance, and business for a flourishing and prosperous society in 2100.
About 2100
2100 is a movement of current executives and future leaders accelerating the transition to an Impact Economy: an economy where business, innovation, and entrepreneurship create lasting value for people, society, and the planet.
As a member of 2100, you will:
- Join a powerful international network of senior executives and emerging leaders working together to drive systemic change.
- Collaborate on impact-driven tools, initiatives, and policy proposals that put societal value at the heart of decision-making.
- Develop your own impact leadership journey through masterclasses, roundtables, coaching, and partner programmes focused on impact, governance, and leadership.
- Gain the knowledge, network, and experience to accelerate your path toward board and supervisory positions.
2100 is more than a programme: it is a long-term movement. Together, we are working to make impact the guiding principle of decision-making in business, government, and society for generations to come.
You’re expected to join the following events and activities in the first two years:
- 2 days Fall School
- 2 Masterclasses per year (4 in total)
- 1 Round Table per year (2 in total)
- Access to Nationale Conferentie Brede Welvaart
- Opportunities to join specific campaigns & working group initiatives
After the first two years, you are welcome to keep joining many network activities.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for 21 ambitious young professionals to join the 2100 Movement and help accelerate the transition to an economy that creates value for people, society, and the planet.
Research shows that many qualified candidates hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement. We encourage you to apply if you’re excited about the role, even if you don’t tick every box.
You are:

You are passionate about reshaping the economy for the common good, advancing social and environmental progress, and contributing to broad prosperity and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
🔥 Committed to collective impact
You believe lasting change requires collaboration. You actively contribute to shared strategies and work with others to build an Impact Economy.
🔥 Proactive and accountable
You take ownership and act on opportunities to create positive change within your organization, in public policy, and in your community.
🔥 A forward thinker
You challenge conventional thinking, embrace innovation, and seek new solutions to complex societal challenges.
🔥 An aspiring impact leader
You aim to take on influential leadership roles—executive or non-executive—in organizations that create meaningful societal impact. Many 2100 members aim to join a supervisory or advisory board at some point.
🔥 An ambitious changemaker
You want to help redefine success in business and the economy, shifting the focus from financial value alone to societal value. You aspire to be a corporate changemaker, movement builder, influencer, or policy advocate.
🔥 Ready to commit for the long term
You are willing to become an active member of the 2100 Movement and contribute to its mission over time. The expected commitment is approximately 8 hours per month.
Requirements
✅ Available for an interview on 25 or 26 September 2026
✅ Available to attend the Impact Fall School on 28/29 November 2026.
✅ Ready to be present at events and activities in the first two years.
✅ Possess a good understanding of Dutch
