She holds a Master\u2019s degree in\u00a0Human Decision Science, where her thesis explorer the impact of the climate assessment (klimaattoets) on local governmental decision-making. Alongside her political work, Lotte serves as Team Lead Strategy at the Dutch\u00a0Poverty Foundation (Armoedefonds). In this role, she focuses on advocacy and public affairs, working with politicians, ministries and policymakers to put poverty on the political agenda and strengthen support for people in financial distress. A key part of her work is ensuring that the experiences of people living in poverty are heard where decisions are made. Lotte has joined Network 2100 in 2023.
