Yesterday, 23rd of April, we had an insightful round table event at the Ahold Delhaize headquarters in Zaandam, featuring industry leaders Frans Muller, CEO of Ahold Delhaize, JP O\u2019Meara, Senior Vice President Investor Relations, and Jan Ernst de Groot, CSO of Ahold Delhaize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We delved into the future of the supermarket landscape, the tension between affordable and sustainable food, and the strategic considerations in integrating impact into the business model with Frans Muller. Moreover, JP O\u2019Meara addressed questions on the myths and realities of shareholders and investors in transitions.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

After Frans Muller and JP O\u2019Meara<\/span> contributions, some of our members namely Ruth Van Asperen, Luce Van Kempen, and Danny Hoekzema gave a short presentation on the status of their personal Impact Plan. They shared with us their ambitions, what steps they have taken so far, and the main obstacles they have encountered. It was very interesting to hear about their experiences, and they were inspiring and helpful to all those who are experiencing similar challenges.<\/p>
